Ski in. It's a touristic infrastructure that is well thought-through. Electricity, warm showers, electric kitchen... Sleeping is in dorms; these are well-arranged, well-oranised. One of them could be used as dedicated Pleasure Meadow. Part of the big dining area could serve as Play Lab for conscious kink activities.
It is one of the houses in the very last tiny village in the valley; cars can't go any further. It is ski-in but off-piste, either over a forest road or through terrain. To get from the hut to the cable cars you have to walk 15 minutes to the station of the cogwheel railway and then get out at the next station (that would also be how to get back to the hut if you don't want to do the offpiste thing)
165km of slopes and some 35 installations, mostly chairlifts and some cable cars, so snowboarder-friendly.
