With this form, you can apply for participating in one or more Permission Lab(s).

  • Filling in the application form will take around 10 minutes.
  • Before filling in the form, make sure that you have read the info page of the Permission Lab(s) that you want to join, as well as the FAQ page.
  • Fields marked with an * are required.
  • The other fields are optional; I would appreciate if you would give me that information because it's cool to have a bit an idea of who you are :-)

What happens when you hit the Submit button?

  1. A copy of the data that you filled in is automatically sent to me by email.
  2. After reviewing your application I will send you information about the procedures for joining. This will include information about how to pay an advance payment. Also you will get information about cancellation policy.
  3. Only once I* receive that payment, your place in the Permission Lab is secured.
  4. Until you pay the advance payment there is no commitment – not for you and not for me.

Formally 'I' and 'me' stands for the association.

If you are coming with more than one person, then make sure that every person fills in this form individually.

This form is secure and all data is sent encrypted.

For which Permission Lab(s) are you applying?

The FAQ page contains important information that you will want to read and understand before signing up. It will avoid disappointment if you read it, and it will enhance your intentional presence at the Permission Lab. All Permission Lab retreats are located in remote locations and are highly participatory. Therefore, it is very important to come prepared and understand whether this is the right type of experience for you before you sign up. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Diversity

One of the things that makes Permission Labs unique and fantastic, is the fact that the groups are very mixed. It is very rare that there are more than 3 or 4 participants with the same nationality in the group - more often there are only 1 or 2. I like that!

Therefore I am asking you the questions below. Answering is optional and not required. I will never reject your application because of your answer to these questions; it is more that I know that I might want to fine tune my "marketing" if the diversity starts getting under pressure.
